Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY:
The Sales Operations Executive will primarily support a Sales team, who could be selling multiple brands/products. And support team about exhibitors data for working efficiently.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Administration & Team Support
- Conduct updated floor plan in AI File for sales team
- Update exhibitors and product list
- Prepare sales material for sales team
- Be center for collecting exhibitors information
- Control collection with finance team
- Support exhibitor data to Event for hosted buyer and business matching program onsite
- Support exhibitor data to Marketing for show preview
- Support exhibitor data to Operations for issue OEM and exhibitor manual
- Be contact point with Operations/Finance team for event info
- Be contact point with CCA Sales Operations HK team
- EMS / invoicing system support to sales teams
- Conduct EMS/Expocad for THB and USD invoicing
- Billing to client by E-mail
- Reporting, Data Analysis & Investigation
- Conduct Sales Performance/ Target
- Conduct updated weekly sales report to team and management
- Testing & Improving Salesforce.com Development
- Assist Sales team about new feature in the Salesforce
- Be contact point with CRM team for Salesforce issue
- Testing & Improving exhibitors data in the Salesforce
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Customer service, or a similar administrative role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Adobe Illustrator is a plus (for floor plan updates).
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com) and invoicing platforms.
Solid data management and reporting skills; ability to analyze and present sales performance metrics.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with ability to coordinate cross-functionally.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and a willingness to support multiple stakeholders.
Good command of English and Thai.
