We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Administrator to join our team in Bangkok. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales department, including order processing, documentation management, and customer coordination.
Candidate profile
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of billing and invoice processes (no need to issue documents).
- Experience in sales support, office administration, or related fields is a plus.
- Good communication skills in Thai and English.
- Immediate availability will be considered an advantage.
Your responsibilities
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate billing processes with the accounting team (basic understanding of billing & invoices required documents will be issued by accounting).
