You will coordinate trucks and goods per schedule, monitor operations, update customers, and follow manager's instructions.
How you create impact
- Arrange the truck queue, arrange the truck queue according to the work level to be complete
- Products according to the cycle - Receive the order from the customer, plan and record the data in the work schedule form
- Coordinate with the customer, plan the delivery and add work to the transport vehicle according to the customer's work order document
- Monitor the work status of employees and delivery vehicles to ensure that the delivery is completed as requested by the customer and provide other information as requested by the customer.
- Inform the driver of the work by specifying various information through forms such as daily work orders.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics Management, Business Administration or other related fields
- More than 1 year of experience in land transportation or logistics management
- Quick-witted in solving immediate problems - Computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Highly responsible and enthusiastic, able to work as a team
