Lead logistics operations in Thailand with global strategic influence!
At Purac (Thailand) Limited, part of Corbion, we are seeking a Logistics Manager to lead our Thailand-based logistics team and play a key role in ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of our products around the world. You will work closely with global stakeholders and regional supply chain functions to drive process excellence from our warehouse to customer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Thailand logistics team to ensure strong team capability, aligned execution, and a high-performance, engaged culture.
- Manage finished goods inventory and outbound shipments in order to secure consistent, on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery performance and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate logistics transactions and compliance with export, customs, and transport regulations using SAP, to support smooth operations and audit readiness.
- Optimise inventory levels, and logistics costs through continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the performance and service quality of freight forwarders and external warehouses at a strategic level, in order to ensure contract compliance, service reliability, and alignment with business requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for customer complaints and delivery issues to reduce recurring problems and improve service quality.
- Prepare and evaluate logistics KPIs and reports (e.g., CQI, OTIF, logistics cost performance) to support data-driven decisions and improve logistics visibility across functions.
- Collaborate with global logistics teams and third-party logistics providers to drive service improvements and ensure alignment with global standards and best practices.
Who We’re Looking For:
You also possess:
- In-depth understanding of international transport and export regulations.
- Proven experience in leading logistics teams and managing third-party logistics providers.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP, particularly in logistics, inventory, and export functions.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to operate effectively across cultures and functions.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and solution-oriented mindset.
