Job Summary
This leadership role is critical in driving the transformation of Retail Order Lifecycle Management through AI, automation, and emerging technologies. Key responsibilities include leading SAP S4/HANA planning for future phases, overseeing retail systems integration, developing shop profiling tools, and designing retail business structures that support strategic growth.
Job Description
1. Strategic Development of Retail Order Lifecycle Management
- Design and lead the strategic roadmap for transforming product order management using intelligent systems and next-gen technologies.
- Plan the development of SAP S/4HANA for the retail business, define business requirements for next phases , coordinate with vendors, and oversee implementation to ensure efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee and plan the product order management process for retail partners nationwide to ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business structure designs are accurately reflected in retail systems and processes.
2. Strategic Design of Retail Shop Profiles and Improvement Planning
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of retail business structures, including shop profiling, classification, and operational frameworks to support strategic growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance retail shop profiles, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Use strategic insights to elevate retail partner capabilities through data tools, customized solutions, and digital transformation planning.
3. Technology and AI Integration
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, particularly AI, and automation, for implementation within order management and retail partner systems.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to pilot, scale, and institutionalize tech-driven enhancements that improve decision-making, forecasting, and partner enablement.
4. Data-Driven Optimization and Continuous Improvement
- Analyze internal and external data to optimize retail business architecture, improve responsiveness, and reduce operational lead times.
- Design and recommend enhancements to retail workflows and systems that support partner enablement and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor emerging technologies and trends to propose innovative solutions that enhance retail structure and support.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination & Marketing Budget Integration
- Manage the coordination and integration of budget plans across marketing, finance, and related teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments to streamline budget approval processes and support timely execution.
