General Responsibilities

• Check and manage stock inventory.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the shop is orderly.
• Provide customer service and answer customer inquiries.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Education level: High school diploma (M.6) or higher.
• At least 1 year of experience in product sales or promotion.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to work according to retail store hours.
