We are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate and service-minded Sales Representative to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing and supporting accounts across retail business.
What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Representative, you will be the key point of contact for retail customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction across your assigned locations. You’ll be responsible for building strong, trust-based relationships with in-store teams, supporting the successful implementation of Diversey’s hygiene and merchandising programs, and ensuring our solutions are used effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned retail locations within the territory, ensuring high standards of service and product usage compliance.
- Provide support to store-level teams on product application, equipment handling, and safety practices.
- Monitor product consumption, identify service needs, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Execute hygiene and food safety programs and ensure in-store implementation aligns with company standards.
- Work closely with the Technical Customer Service (TCS) team to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Support the implementation of key account initiatives and promotions as directed by the Sector Lead or Key Account Managers.
- Build strong working relationships with store managers and frontline staff to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct store visits, audits, and basic reporting on usage, service performance, and merchandising execution.
- Identify and share sales opportunities or competitive activity in the territory with the sector team.
- Attend regular internal meetings and contribute to customer reviews and action planning.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in field sales or customer service, preferably in the retail, FMCG, or hygiene solutions sector.
- Service-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of hygiene and cleaning products; understanding of food safety is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems in the field.
- Good presentation skills and comfort with in-store training.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
