Minimum 3 year of experience in Regulatory Affair from Petcare or FMCG industry
Bachelor's degree in Veterinary, Food science, Food Technology, or other Science related field is a must.
A DAY IN THE LIFE...
- To ensure that all Nestle products Petcare and etc, comply with DLD, FDA and other food regulations.
- To ensure that registration process is executed effectively and within agreed time frame.
- To handle any issues related to DLD/FDA.
- Advise Nestle Thailand Technical, SCM, Marketing teams and Nestle Intermarket on product registration and local regulations.
- Send samples of new and amended products to the government/accredited laboratory for analysis according to the "Food Act of MoPH and Nestle requirements"
- Ensure that the "Halal Register" process of imported products is well-arranged.
- Co-ordinate the information flows of "HACCP" and "GMP" between company and government (DLD, FDA, TISI etc.).
- Renew food processing and import licenses.
