Key Responsibilities:
- Drive membership growth and engagement
- Develop and strengthen relationships with members of the Global Electronics Association
- Expand IPC training and certification programs across the region
- Promote and sell workforce development courses – encourage members to use online learning platforms and raise awareness about IPC standards and solutions
- Organize technical events and workshops
- Lead business development initiatives
- Coordinate with stakeholders across different levels
- Independently manage and execute key projects in Thailand
Required Knowledge/Skills:
- Experience in sales within the education sector (preferred)
- Proven experience in organizing events and workshops
- Strong decision-making and management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Thai
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Degree or certification in marketing or sales management
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Work Experience:
- 8–10 years of experience in education, training, certification, event management, or working with associations
- Knowledge of the electronics and semiconductor industry is mandatory
