Primary Purpose of the Job:
- Manage, control, and develop the team to grow sales and create business opportunities
- Develop & support business to create sales opportunities, growth, and profitability to sustain competitiveness and to be a leader in the industry while following company compliance and strategies
Job Responsibilities:
- You will oversee Goodyear sales through the development of the retailer and wholesaler networks.
- You will strengthen business relationships with customers in the area to sustain Goodyear's sales performance.
- You will consult retailers and wholesaler to compete with tire brands in their local market
- You will support customers to create a pull effect(Sell-out) by local marketing and trade marketing activities\
- You understand the price positioning and competitiveness in their area, and are able to negotiate with customers to optimize volume and margin per tire
- You will develop Goodyear's market share in the assigned territory - Northeast of Thailand
Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree
- Extensive 5 to 7 years of sales lead required with experience in team management
- With tire or automotive industry experience is an advantage
- Direct experience in implementing and developing the “Aligned Distributor” program in Thailand
- Demonstrate a strong record of sales achievement and closing complex deals
- Strong Leadership and excellent analytical and communication skills
- Excellent English with strong computer skills (MS-Office applications)
- Possess business acumen, market development, and financial management skills.
