Recruitment officer

• Manage and verify hiring requests to ensure compliance with company policies and approved headcount plans.
• Promote job openings through internal and external communication channels to ensure timely and accurate outreach.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules, prepare necessary materials, and support both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Communicate interview outcomes and facilitate pre-employment procedures, including medical checks and onboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts and ensure all documentation is complete and submitted to relevant departments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external recruitment partners to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding experiences.
