Job Description
- Provide general administrative support to teams and management.
- Prepare and manage documents such as official letters, meeting minutes, and internal reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Handle office supply procurement and inventory control.
- Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Assist in organizing internal events such as training sessions, meetings, and employee welfare activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
