Quality Control Staff (Press in NHT)
Location: Bang Pa-In Factory, Thailand

Job Descriptions :
- Perform inspections and conduct testing on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Document and report all inspection results, including identification of defects and non-conformities.
- Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve and prevent recurrence.
- Conduct internal quality audits and manage customer complaints to improve product quality and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, processes, and standards.
- Collaborate with production teams and other departments to ensure quality objectives and requirements are consistently achieved.
- Maintain, calibrate, and ensure proper functioning of measurement tools and inspection equipment.
- Provide training and share quality-related knowledge with employees to foster continuous improvement and promote a strong culture of quality within the organization.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Management, or Engineering.
- Major : Applied Mathematics, Applied Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Industrial Psychology, or Statistics.
- Experience : Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- English Skills : Good command of English.
- TOEIC Score : Not required.
- Computer Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Special Skills: Not required.
