Quality Control Staff (PELMEC)
Location: Bang Pa-In Factory, Thailand

Job Descriptions :
- Report production and problem to head and confirm machinist record.
- Control machine cycle time fit for running to target.
- Solve problem and advise operator about m/c operation.
- Daily and monthly of tooling changing and m/c cleaning schedule and record.
- Order tooling and control tooling usage to target.
- Change and adjust tooling to quality.
- Record operation before out of shift on book.
- Evaluate members operation.
- Check m/c condition.
- Note:
- Response about process trainer & operation checker.
- Support ISO14001, ISO45001, TLS8001, CSR, BCM and IATF16949 requirements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Major :
- Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering New Graduate/Exp.1-2 years
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to solve and analyze problems related to defects.
- Understands and can implement FACA and 8D reports for customer claims.
- Language Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Able to communicate effectively and prepare reports in English.
- TOEIC not required.
