Job Description
What You Will Be Responsible For
Essential functions for the position include but not limited to the followings:
1. Contribute to overall operational efficiency of the section, to ensure day-to-day operational efficiency of the section.
2. Verify purchase requisition.
3. Visit market to get information of current supplying situation.
4. Keep contact with suppliers to obtain market information and negotiation.
5. Invite quotations with suppliers to obtain market information and negotiation.
6. Follow up on purchase requisition and purchase order passed for final approval.
7. Follow up on purchase orders and expedite delivery.
8. Check periodically the incoming goods upon delivery.
9. Negotiate with selected purveyors and obtain quotations.
10. Prepare comparison of tenders for purchasing decisions of food and beverage items.
11. Advise sample testing of Food and Beverage Items.
12. Search for reliable suppliers for smooth operation of the Company.
13. Provide and reflect information pertaining the purchases to Purchasing Manager.
14. Support PWT Audit especially Supplier management.

Our Purchasing Supervisor will have the opportunity to support Purchasing Team by providing an exceptional service and insightful knowledge.
This position is responsible for completing all requirements of the Company including routine purchasing of food and beverage items.
This position reports to Director of Purchasing.
