In this role, you will get to:
- Support the purchasing team with sourcing, preparing PO, and managing documents
- Assist the accounting team in collecting receipts, invoices, and preparing payment requests
- Help reconcile purchase records with financial data
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure smooth operations
- Learn real-world applications of both purchasing and accounting processes
You'll be successful if you have:
- University student (majoring in Accounting or related fields)
- Interested in exploring both procurement and finance operations
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
