We are looking for a creative and people-centric Learning Designer to join our team and craft exceptional, engaging learning experiences.
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our classes and workshops. The ideal candidate will be a master of execution, a motivational leader, and a strategic thinker, capable of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders while ensuring profitability and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Feasibility: Conduct thorough feasibility studies for all proposed classes and workshops, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability targets are met through meticulous cost control and financial planning.
- Resource Management: Plan and allocate resources effectively, including internal team members (Learning Designers, Coordinators, Marketers, Sales) and external parties (instructors, freelancers, partners).
- Timeline & Schedule Management: Create and maintain comprehensive project timelines, tracking all milestones and ensuring timely delivery of all project phases.
- Team Leadership & Performance: Act as a team leader, motivating and guiding project teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including profitability, cost efficiency, student enrollment numbers, and satisfaction ratings.
- Stakeholder Management: Expertly manage relationships and communication with all stakeholders, including partners, company directors, instructors, and freelancers, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the Learning Designer, Project Coordinator, Marketer, Sales, and Director teams to ensure a cohesive and successful project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Flexible Schedule: Must be available to work on Saturdays, as most classes and workshops are held on this day. (A compensatory day off will be provided between Monday and Friday).
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, particularly with projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions and solve unexpected problems effectively and efficiently.
- Outstanding Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with a proven ability to brief teams clearly, coordinate tasks, and build trust with colleagues.
- High-Pressure Environment: Ability to produce high-quality work and maintain keen attention to detail within tight deadlines and in a fast-paced, pressurized environment.
- Financial Acumen: Prior experience in managing and controlling project budgets and financial plans.
- Positive & Proactive Attitude: A consistently positive outlook with a genuine desire to contribute to and cultivate a healthy, supportive, and productive team culture.
- Passion for Education: A strong interest in and passion for projects related to education and human development.
- Marketing Knowledge (Preferred): Experience or a solid understanding of marketing principles will be considered a significant advantage.
