Hiring: Project Manager (Insurance Industry)
Location: Sathorn, Bangkok (BTS Chong Nonsi right next to the station)
Employment Type: 1-year contract (full-time, on-site)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with at least 5 years of project management expertise and a strong understanding of the insurance business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving, overseeing, and ensuring efficient project execution in alignment with the organizations objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities

Define standards, methodologies, and tools for project management within the organization.

Support, oversee, and ensure project delivery according to the defined plan, budget, and timeline.

Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with project managers.

Collaborate with various stakeholders, including executives, to ensure projects align with corporate strategies.

Collect, monitor, and report project status, including preparing executive summary reports.

Develop and improve project management processes for greater efficiency.

Act as a Business Analyst to analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements.

Prepare related requirement documents, such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), use cases, and process flows.

Work closely with IT teams and vendors to design, develop, and test systems that meet business requirements.

Manage IT procurement activities, including preparing RFPs, POCs, vendor selection, and contract management.

Monitor vendor deliverables to ensure they meet scope, quality, and contractual agreements.

Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or other relevant tools to support project execution.

Communicate effectively with internal and external teams using professional English.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.

Experience or strong understanding of the insurance industry.

Strong business requirement analysis skills.

Experience in IT procurement.

Knowledge of software development, IT infrastructure, and cloud solutions.

Experience in change management.

Strong planning, project management, and risk management skills.

Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology or holding certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or ITIL will be considered an advantage.
