The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.
About the Team:
Job Description:
- Analyse large set of data and provide insights for decision making and new workforce management initiatives design
- Activist PMO - manage project implementation and engage with multiple stakeholders
- Manage product & application roll out to support data digitization and process automation
- Problem solve some operation and product issues
- Prepare communication package for updating management teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in business administration, economics, engineering or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project management and analytical roles. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Capability to communicate effectively in both Thai and English
- Ability to manage projects and priorities to support multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (a must in PowerPoint and Excel)
