Job Description: Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Roles

Role-Specific Responsibilities
Engineering Manager
- Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Civil Engineering
- 15+ years in engineering coordination for oil & gas or LNG projects
- PMC experience managing EPC contractors and interdisciplinary coordination
- Review and approve design deliverables, technical documents, and interface reports
- Coordinate with process, civil, mechanical, and safety teams
- Conduct value engineering and constructability reviews
- Ensure compliance with international codes (API, ASME, NFPA, etc.
Construction Manager
- Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
- 15+ years in field construction for large infrastructure or LNG projects
- Plan and manage site activities, schedules, contractor scopes
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Lead construction progress meetings and interface with contractors
- Conduct constructability reviews and manage change orders
- Support pre-commissioning and mechanical completion
Process Manager
- Degree in Chemical Engineering
- 15+ years in process design and optimization, especially in regasification terminals
- Validate FEED, P&IDs, HMB, and other technical deliverables
- Interface with EPCs, licensors, and technology vendors
- Lead minimum as Lead Process or Process manager for minimum 2 PMC projects
- Ensure plant operations meet safety, throughput, and efficiency targets
- Lead design reviews, including HAZOP, SIL, and PSSR studies
- Align process safety requirements with project lifecycle and operations
Risk & Safety Engineer
- Degree in Safety, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering
- 15+ years in HSE engineering in LNG, petrochemicals, or energy infrastructure
- Conduct HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, QRA, and Fire & Explosion Risk Assessments
- Ensure project aligns with IFC/World Bank, Thai, and international safety regulations
- Manage HSE compliance documentation and audits
- Coordinate emergency response planning and environmental risk controls

Note
- PMC experience is mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior Southeast Asia or LNG terminal experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Criteria & Requirements (Applicable to All Roles)
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required; a Master’s or MBA is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 15+ years in the relevant engineering or management discipline.
PMC Experience: Must have hands-on experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) roles, specifically in LNG or Ethane import terminal projects.
Certifications: Professional certifications such as Chartered Engineer, PMP, or discipline-specific credentials are highly preferred.
Leadership & Communication: Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills are essential.
Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Thailand for the full project duration is required.
