Job Description
Strategic Initiative Management
- Lead new strategic initiatives aimed at uplifting user experience across Shopee’s operations.
- Work with VoC and CI teams to synthesize market research, user studies, and competitor benchmarking to support initiative planning.

Create actionable recommendations based on feedback to enhance customer experiences as well as enhance internal efficiencies
- Maintain and update the roadmap for ongoing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational priorities.
- Define key milestones, deliverables, and KPIs to track initiative success and user impact.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Regional, Product, Customer Service, Logistics, and Marketing, to ensure smooth execution
- Act as a bridge between teams, ensuring alignment between business, product, and operational functions
- Facilitate regular progress updates, governance meetings, and stakeholder discussions to track progress and resolve roadblocks

Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making, using analytics to measure and optimize initiative effectiveness
- 2-5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Operations, or Strategy, preferably in e-commerce or tech companies
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in business and data analytics tools such as Excel, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Proven expertise in generating and evaluating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), metrics, and customer feedback to drive business improvements.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
