SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Issue product recipes which are released to production process as per production planning requirements for smooth running of production operation, ensure that formulations are updated and optimized to improve RFT, conduct RCA by investigating to find out root cause of problem while production processing, ensure that obsolete materials (e.g fines, finished goods, SG, RM, etc.) are reprocessed in an optimum way to liquidate SG stock to improve profitability, ensure that smooth transition and rolling of new raw materials in various formulations as advised by lab manager to improve profitability & upgrade product quality.This position will be reporting to Process Engineer and will be based in Chonburi, Thailand.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate internally with other departments, for example QC Supervisor, QC Shift Leader and Production Planner for getting input of recipes and production plan.
Coordinate changes in recipe with QC Supervisor, QC Shift Leader and Chemist.
Release recipes for production.
Report to Laboratory Manager if there is any ambiguity noted in the product recipes.
Give feedback to lab manager/formulation responsible about product performance during process.
Cooperate with QC Supervisor to focus on RFT Products to run directly in production line.
Coordinate with RM/FG Supervisor and maintain the Fines, SG, EG stock list by keeping an updated record to ensure that the same is included in the recipe whenever possible to consume the available stock.
Coordinate with Chemist, QC Supervisor, QC Shift leader, Production Supervisor and Process Engineer to implement newly approved RM as advised by Lab Manager.
Handle and coordinate with concerned parties related to HSEQ Management System

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in chemical science , industrial chemistry , chemical engineering
Working experience minimum 1 year in the field of QC/QA/Process improvements /TSS/R&D in chemical industrial
Problem solving skill , Process and Product Audit , Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF16949 or MSA, 5Why , Fish bone , 8D , DOE (Design of Improvements) etc.
Working experieince in any manufacturing industry is OK ,Paint and coating experience is preferred.
Experieince in colour matching / raw material testing / extrution / master batch / compounds is preferred.
Fluent in Thai & Good in English both speaking and writing is preferred
