Position: Process Specialist (Pharmacist)
Reporting Manager: OpEx & Project Manager
Location: Nikom Amata City, Rayong
Normal Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8-5
Job Scope: The Process Specialist (Pharmacist) leads to deployment, periodic review, and effectiveness check for operating systems, including mechanisms and Lean manufacturing tools. The Process Engineer will support the deployment tools and processes to ensure consistency in overall management and efficiency in the internal systems employed (Vantive Operating System - VOS) in the plant. This individual should have very good business acumen, interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
Role Rotation: This role will involve rotation into at least 3 other areas, including:
QA/RA
Production
Project Management
Job Details:
Responsible for coordinating execution of site level Operational deployment plan including BOS, VIP, Lean Academy, Certification Programs, Best Practice Sharing, and others as identification.
Establishes baseline and target metrics for key processes (together with OpEx Site Manager), ensuring change will improve the operations of the plan
Maintains direct involvement with other functional areas, especially the production team, to drive, implementation and continuous improvement.
Participates and Tracks progress of Lean and Six-sigma Certification candidates to ensure timely completion of their identified certification projects.
Learn, understand and apply rigorous quality standards, SOPs and cGMPs
Be a leader and enabler of the OPEX and Plant deployment strategy at the site. Be a safety role model
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Pharmacy/ Doctor of Pharmacy.
Obtain Pharmacist License.
At least 1 year’s working experience in a healthcare international company.
Open for Fresh graduate.
Strong Written and Verbal Communication including but not limited to teaching and coaching communication skills.
Very good coaching, facilitation and presentation skills.
Strong analytical/statistical problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret data.
Sound computers skills (Microsoft office and Vantive internal systems).
Must have experience managing teams and developing support programs.
Time management and organizational skills
Must be able to directly lead and/or co-lead high-impact process improvement projects.
Must be able to function in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work with a cross functional team.
