We are seeking an experienced People & Admin Manager to lead people operations, compensation, recruitment, and office management. This role oversees a small team (3–4 members) and plays a key part in building a strong company culture, supporting employee development, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What you will handle:
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and exit interviews.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes and ensure timely probation reviews.
- Develop and communicate HR policies, lead internal communications, and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
- Review and advise on commission and incentive structures.
- Validate payroll, forecast budgets, and track employee-related expenses.
- Manage benefits contracts (e.g., insurance) and update payroll data for all staff.
Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Oversee hiring and workforce planning for full-time roles and interns.
- Monitor recruitment performance and recruitment budget utilization.
Performance & Employee Relations
- Organize biannual performance reviews, scoring, salary adjustments, and evaluation rollouts.
- Support development plans, handle PIP and disciplinary processes, and advise managers on performance issues.
Office & Facilities Management
- Supervise office operations, repairs, maintenance, supplies, and budgeting.
- Ensure a safe, efficient, and well-organized work environment.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management or a similar role. Experience in related business will be a big plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Admin functions
- Solid understanding of Thai labor laws, HR process, and employee relations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing a small team
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and HR systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English communication and Thai native level
- Able to commute to work at our Head office Chaeng Wattana 14 (MRT Pink line)
