Nice to know
Reporting to the NPI Manager, the NPI Capacity & Demand planner’s main goal is to ensure top-class performances through the definition and control of capacity plans that optimally meet market requirements and internal constraints. The Capacity planner will map our NPI end-to-end processes and will constantly monitor the loads of our streams (molds’ building, CS making, validation,…), with the goal of anticipating and planning future investments in people and resources. You are encouraged to act when KPIs don’t meet Essilor-Luxottica standards by partnering with Engineering, APQP and Production to troubleshoot issues and to determine corrective / preventive measures.
