ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supply Planning for Consumer Solutions-Hard Drives segment to ensure attainment of company’s revenue plans
- WO create and manage for system transaction to complete WO and generate DN for shipment.
- Plan weekly/quarterly freight mode optimization i.e. use of truck and ocean freight.
- Product transition schedule with appropriate buffers needed to ensure no supply gap to meet order fulfillment and minimize End of Life exposures.
- Work with Factory, logistics and operational teams to resolve issues.
- Manage FGI freight mode optimization in conjunction with logistics team to delivery quarterly freight cost savings target.
- Maintenance of FG sourcing, BOM for HDD consumptions including transitions.
- Tooling management.
- PR process for all expense to CM.
- Inventory control and reconcile inventory activity to make sure there are no inventory gap.
- CM performance and QBR score for CM service level.
- Execute return shipment for rework / Dekit at factory to reduce inventory.
- Operate shipment transaction into Oracle/SAP/STAMP
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field e.g. Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning, Logistic, SCM or related field.
PREFERRED:
- Previous experience as a Planner/specialist/Supply chain execution.
- Experience in Logistic and Supply chain.
- Experience in Demand/Supply strategy.
SKILLS:
- Demonstrated understanding of general business and Supply chain concepts.
- Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities, at all levels within an organization.
- Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Strong active listening skills with the ability to ask thoughtful and probing questions to determine client needs.
- Ability to make clear, logical decisions based on facts, taking into consideration the big picture, long and short term effects, and exercising sound judgment when handling complaints, confidential and sensitive issues.
- Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent positive results through influencing, coordinating and managing the efforts of others.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP system. SAP/Oracle/STAMP
