Job Description
- Assist in the daily operations related to partnership voucher management, ensuring vouchers are correctly set up, tracked, and executed smoothly for various partnership campaigns
- Organize and prepare materials for partnership campaigns to ensure campaigns are well-prepared and executed effectively
- Provide support for partnership-related customer service (CS) cases, resolving issues promptly and effectively in collaboration with the CS team
- Prepare and compile reports on campaign performance, analyzing data to generate insights and recommendations for improvement
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of partnership campaigns, ensuring all operational details are in place for successful execution

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all partnership-related activities, including sponsorship tracking, payment tracking, and voucher performance tracking
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a support or operational role, preferably within marketing or partnerships (internships or relevant part-time roles are also considered)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in voucher management, campaign preparation, and record-keeping
- Good problem-solving skills, able to address partnership-related customer service issues promptly and efficiently
- Basic analytical skills with the capability to compile and interpret data for generating actionable insights and recommendations
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for tracking and reporting purposes
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and partners
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative to support the team’s objectives and improve processes
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and effectiveness during peak times
