VML MAP is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Producer to join our Bangkok office and ensure the smooth delivery of marketing campaign execution for one of our major international clients. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, managing delivery timelines, and enabling cross-regional collaboration. What will your day look like?
You will be an essential part of the Marketing Operations team, working closely with colleagues across different regions to ensure that everything runs smoothly from planning and briefing to actual delivery. You will manage resource capacity, facilitate daily SCRUMs, and keep processes and documentation accurate and up to date. You will also lead the rollout of new processes and projects, ensuring the team can adopt them effectively. From onboarding new hires to handling client requests, you will play a central role in enabling team success and maintaining high delivery standards.
More specifically, your tasks will include:
- Process Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational process documentation, SOPs, and reporting.
- Capacity and Resource Management: Coordinate weekly capacity planning, support managers with resource planning, and align resources across time zones to meet delivery timelines.
- Operational Oversight: Lead or delegate daily SCRUMs, manage Kanban boards, and monitor daily workload to align with planned schedule.
- Process Improvement and Implementation: Implement new tools and processes ensuring successful adoption into daily operations.
- Onboarding and Team Integration: Oversee onboarding for new hires, ensuring smooth integration through mentorship and structured support.
- Client Support: Manage and prioritize client requests, ensuring they are directed to the right teams for timely action, coordinate resolution of incidents to minimize impact on campaign delivery.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for cross-functional collaboration and internal stakeholder alignment.
- Admin and reporting: Oversee finance and operational reporting, and manage vacation planning.

What will you bring to the table?
- 3+ years of experience as a Coordinator or Project Manager in a digital marketing or CRM-focused environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to navigate and understand CRM systems and technical workflows, with a strong grasp of process logic and a keen eye for detail in operational execution.
- Proficient in project and productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, and familiar with CRM platforms like Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Braze.
- A proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Agile and flexible mindset, able to adapt quickly to evolving client needs, operational challenges, and cross-market delivery requirements.
- Proven experience building and managing strong client relationships, including clear communication, issue resolution, and expectation management across global teams.
- Proven project management skills with experience managing workflows and delivering against timelines while keeping all stakeholders aligned.
