Job Description:
- Planning manpower align volume forecast
- Deep drive process for operations improvement
- Coordinate with operations team for rollout/enhance/review operations issue
- Tracking and monitoring RC data for planning in short-term and long-term planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any related field
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheet
- Have a problem solving skill
- Teamwork and relationships with stakeholders at any level
- High analytical ability - critical thinking and multi-tasking ability
