Conduct product demand and material requirement analysis and planning and monitor inventory levels with the objective of ensuring cost-effective and on-time delivery of goods from suppliers and to end-customers within the supervision of Planning.

Planning & Budgeting
Strategize and develop a budget plant, and ensure plans are established, aligned and accomplished
Policies and Procedures
- Follow global standard operating procedures and implement at local site, provide working guidelines and direction for the department
- Lead team to optimize the dept process. procedure. Setup WI for major material activity, to simplify and standardize the operation
People Management and Development
- Allocate and balance the allocation of work across direct reports.
- Set up suitable and aggressive targets for teams, review and provide timely feedback to direct reports regarding their performance.
- Mentor, develop and motivate team; help resolve people/functional issues to achieve targeted team performance and retain key talent.
KPI Driving
- Opportunities to find through data analysis for STR, LT, PDR, inventory failure, initial and drive action execution to enhance KPI;
- Keep driving make-to-order mode to prevent material excess and production stop, set up reasonable and dynamic safety stock to keep STR fulfillment and PDR elimination,
- Drive MOQ and LT reduction to shorten LT, control RM, GIT, WIP and FG stock to meet net inventory target to achieve DOH and ITO goal
Planning
- Manage GDC FCST and BP, draft master plan for whole plant including HC plan, OT plan, shifts plan, materials planning
- Monitor order process and production planning to make sure make-to-order flow execution; draft BP base on materials availability to make sure no interruption for production line
- Enhance production planning execution and solve 4M issues with MFG in order to achieve foot rate;
- Arrange suitable life transfer plan to eliminate efficiency loss during line change
Communication and service
- Act as window between sales/CCP/DC and factory, track the trend of orders and inform from sales/CCP/DC/master planning to make BP priority to reflect market demand fluctuation.
- Maintain relationship with customers including feedback collection, con-calls preparation and organization, complaints solving during delivery in order to meet customers' requirements.
Continous Improvement (TEOA)
Involve and initiate TEOA planning-related project in order to improve process efficiency.
What your background should look like
- Bachelor and above Degree specialised in Supply Chain Management from a reputed college or university
- 10+ years of material management experience
- Last 3+ years in a supervisor / managerial level from a Manufacturing / OEM industry
- Good communication, interpersonal and management skills.
