Main responsibilities
Regional Key Account Management: Lead the steering of key accounts for global clients, ensuring strong relationships and alignment with their needs and expectations.
Operational Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies that support business development initiatives, enhancing our presence and driving revenue within the Agrochemical additives market.
Innovation Management: Oversee the innovation process to deliver differentiated solutions that meet market demands, collaborating with cross-functional teams to introduce new products effectively.
Market Intelligence and Strategy: Conduct comprehensive market intelligence analysis to identify growth potentials and develop strategic measures for focus areas and core portfolio enhancement.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Agricultural Science or a related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in sales, new business development, or technical service within the agricultural chemicals industry.
Other Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English.
Knowledge of crop protection and fertilizers.
Ability to build strong relationships with customer decision-makers.
Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
