Responsibility :
- Serve as a Business Analyst to design, develop, and implement new services for listed companies and key stakeholders via our digital platform.
- Engage and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather business requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into actionable technology solutions.
- Define project scope, create detailed project plans, and manage key project elements including schedules, resources, risks, and change control to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate functional test results to ensure solutions meet business requirements prior to production deployment.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), System Requirement Specifications, User Manuals, and Incident Reports.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to listed companies on system functionalities, acting as a key point of contact for inquiries and issue resolution.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and translate complex needs into clear, actionable specifications.
- Have analytical, problem-solving skills, resilient, collaborative and independent abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and external business clients.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and drive projects to successful delivery.
- Proactive and open to new challenges, with a strong work ethic and a good command of English.
