Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. Job Description:
- In charge of team's strategy recommendation based on analysis and hard data to optimize team's capabilities
- Responsible for team's reporting, analysis, and performance projections
- Coordinate closely with regional and local BI on data and dashboards needed for all team's function
- Key PIC for high level performance, data, and budget tracking and calculations
- Create visual presentation of data for management meetings and updates
- Create and maintain data trackers for the team
- Lead new and maintain end-to-end projects from incubation to successful retention.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of professional relevant working experience. (if has an experience in Project Management fields is a plus)
- Good hands-on experience in project management
- Great communication with the ability to speak fluently to business people, designers, and other stakeholders
- Enjoy collaborative work in a dynamic and data-driven environment
- Self-initiate and can-do attitude person
- Possess analytical and problem solving skills
- Professional English skills (reading / writing / listening / speaking)
- Proficient in excel and powerpoint
- Able to communicate fluently in English and Thai
