Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Livestream Community professional to oversee the pre-production process, technical coordination, and real-time support for livestream events. This role will act as the key point of contact for MC live hosts and admins, managing scheduling, rehearsals, and host confirmations to ensure that all livestream slots are well-organized and conflict-free.
The Livestream Community role will also be responsible for coordinating and verifying new host talent, guiding both hosts and admins to ensure alignment with content objectives, and ensuring all administrative and payment-related documentation is completed.
On the technical side, the role includes overseeing livestream production elements such as camera setup, lighting, sound, and OBS operation, either directly or through delegation. During live events, this person will support dynamic audience engagement through Q&A, polls, and social media interactions, while monitoring real-time feedback to enhance the viewing experience.
You should enjoy working with different people, be comfortable solving problems on the spot, and have an interest in livestreaming and digital content. Being up to date with new tools and trends in livestreaming is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Host
- Support the team by acting as the point of contact for MC live hosts and related communication
- Lead the pre-production process, including scheduling/booking livestream rehearsals, coordinating and managing hosts, and confirming host schedules.
- Ensure that MC live slots are not duplicated or overlapping, and that all MC schedules are confirmed and finalized at least 20 days prior to the livestream date or upon assignment by the supervisor.
- Be part of the livestream casting team responsible for identifying and verifying potential Live MCs who align with the company’s brand and livestream goal to join the Live team.
- Provide guidance for MC livestreaming hosts to ensure they are well-prepared and aligned with content objectives.
- Follow up with MC Live steaming host to ensure all payment documents are signed and completed
Administrative / Admin
- Lead the pre-production process, including scheduling/booking admin rehearsals, coordinating and managing admins, and confirming admin schedules.
- Support the team by acting as the point of contact for Live Admin and communication
- Ensure that admin slots are not duplicated or overlapping, and that all Live admin schedules are confirmed and finalized prior to the livestream date or upon assignment by the supervisor.
- Provide guidance and knowledge to admins to ensure they are well-prepared and aligned with content objectives
- Oversee and provide recommendations on all technical aspects of livestream production—including camera setup, lighting, sound, and graphics—to ensure a high-quality broadcast and resolve any arising issues and serve as a point of contact during livestreams for real-time support.
- Coordinate with the supervisor in managing the planning and procurement of all materials and equipment required for live studio operations.
- Coordinate with Live admin to monitor inventory and ensure the studio is equipped and production-ready
Execution of Live Events:
- Pre-Production Support : Lead scheduling for livestream rehearsals and host confirmations.
- Technical Coordination
- Oversee on technical requirements such as camera, lighting, sound, and graphics
- Provide recommendations to resolve any technical issues and ensure a high-quality broadcast. and graphics.
- Set up OBS for livestreaming or assign a designated team member to operate or monitor the system during broadcasts
- Provide support during livestreams to create a dynamic and interactive atmosphere, including engaging the audience through Q&A sessions, polls, and social media interactions.
- Monitor and respond to live feedback and comments from the audience to enhance the viewer experience in real-time.
Collaboration and Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members to foster collaboration and enhance production quality.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in livestreaming and digital content creation, and share insights with the team.
