Job Requirement:
To assist the Laguna Jobs Assistant Manager by ensuring that all clerical and administrative functions are completed in a timely and accurate manner according to the departmental procedures.
Qualification Required:
1. To assist with administration and recruitment tasks for the Laguna Jobs team.
2. To manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring.
3. Source qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, and referrals).
4. Provide updates on recruitment progress and address any issues or concerns regarding candidates or the hiring process.
5. To coordinate with hotel operations to support hiring of casual staff.
6. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate communications.
7. Learn to conduct training for the Banyan orientation and onboarding program.
8. To assist on the casual payroll management and records.
9. To prepare the employment reports as required by employment department for Manager review.
10. To support Laguna Jobs and CHC team in all activities as required.
General:
1. Support HR team in implementing recruitment strategies for daily casual and other different levels and roles.
2. Post job openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.).
3. Provide logistical support, including interview preparation and post-interview feedback.
4. Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies, as well as local labor laws.
5. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive recruitment data with integrity.
Key Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience (1-3 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
4. Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and channels.
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations.
