Why we need you


We are looking for KYC Assistant who ensure applications from customers are complete for Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. This role involves performing daily operations to help achieve compliance with local and international regulations and policies.


Omise allows online businesses in Thailand, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore to accept payments in a sophisticated yet simple way. The work of our Know Your Customer team is essential for our success to enable merchants to sign up with our services.


What you will do


  • Review customer’s submitted applications, ensuring application data is complete and meets establishment standards.
  • Collect and document data necessary for application approval.
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare for KYC process.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels including phone, email, video conferencing.
  • Support in documenting, improving and automating KYC processes.
  • Follow procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Support KYC analyst and KYC manager with other tasks.


Who you are


  • No experience required (any experience in customer service or familiarity with the KYC process is a plus)
  • Ability to converse in English and Thai on a professional level (written & spoken)
  • Interest in researching, analyzing, investigating, and working with documents and data entry
  • Able to work quickly and decisively: combining efficiency with competence
  • Good attention to details
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
