Today simply knowing how to list, ship and manage digital payments is not enough to differentiate brand online.
At CREA, our objective is to build the most relevant Millennial and Gen Z beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brand portfolio in South East Asia, leveraging on a growing multi-billion dollar market demand.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and pitch new business opportunities (through cold calls, email marketing, etc.).
- Support the organization and follow-up of the Business Development process, including pipeline management, account planning, CRM utilization, and pitching.
- Conduct commercial and trend analysis, scenario modeling, and opportunity assessment.
- Support pitch meeting preparation: by creating presentations, ensuring organization, validating information, analyzing data, and gathering commercial and operational insights from the internal team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as they apply to all financial and non-financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, with online sales experience and e-commerce being a plus. Experience in lead generation and account management is also beneficial.
- Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, KPI-driven sales environment.
- Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Fully fluent in Thai with a good command of English.
- Experience with cold calling.
- Highly organized and accurate.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with CRM systems (Monday.com a plus).
