IT Support Intern
Location: Servcorp, The Mercury Ville@Chidlom, 11th Floor Bangkok (Hybrid/Remote work available)
Duration: 2–4 monthsWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the installation and setup of Android TV boxes at hotel sites
- Assist with basic system checks, troubleshooting, and remote support
- Coordinate with the technical and content teams to ensure system stability
- Travel to upcountry sites for installation or maintenance (with the team)
- Help prepare technical documents or setup reports
- Assist in creating simple graphics or screen content for display (e.g., Canva or Photoshop)
Requirements:
- University student in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Basic understanding of hardware/software setup, Android system knowledge is a plus
- Able to use graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for basic design work
- Problem-solving mindset, eager to learn and work hands-on
- Willing and able to travel for on-site work occasionally
- Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
- English proficiency is a plus

หน้าที่หลัก:
- สนับสนุนการติดตั้งและตั้งค่าอุปกรณ์ Android TV Box ในโรงแรม
- ตรวจเช็กระบบเบื้องต้น แก้ปัญหา และให้ความช่วยเหลือทางไกล
- ประสานงานกับทีมเทคนิคและทีมคอนเทนต์เพื่อให้ระบบทำงานได้เสถียร
- เดินทางไปติดตั้งหรือบำรุงรักษาระบบในต่างจังหวัดร่วมกับทีมงาน
- ช่วยจัดทำเอกสารทางเทคนิค หรือรายงานการติดตั้ง
- ช่วยออกแบบกราฟิกหรือหน้าจอสำหรับแสดงผล (เช่น ใช้ Canva หรือ Photoshop)
คุณสมบัติ:
- นักศึกษาด้าน IT, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านฮาร์ดแวร์/ซอฟต์แวร์ หากเข้าใจระบบ Android จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมกราฟิกเบื้องต้น เช่น Canva หรือ Photoshop
- มีทัศนคติชอบแก้ปัญหา กระตือรือร้น และอยากเรียนรู้งานภาคปฏิบัติ
- พร้อมและสามารถเดินทางออกพื้นที่ต่างจังหวัดได้เป็นครั้งคราว
