As an Influencer Management Freelancer, you will be at the forefront of a dynamic team dedicated to a single, key client. Your core mission is to spearhead the entire influencer management lifecycle, from initial research and recruitment to campaign execution and performance analysis. This role requires a self-starter with a deep passion for digital and influencer marketing, who can manage approximately 4-5 ongoing campaigns and briefs per month. You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with a diverse range of influencers, ensuring all deliverables meet.
What You'll Do
- Research and Recruit: Identify and onboard high-potential influencers that align with the dedicated client's goals. You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, handling an average of 4-5 new briefs and campaigns monthly.
- Campaign Execution: Implement and oversee influencer campaigns. This involves coordinating with influencers and bloggers to ensure all requirements, timelines, and deliverables are met, guaranteeing high-quality results and client retention.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize digital marketing tools to analyze campaign performance and create detailed, data-driven reports.
- Negotiate and Coordinate: Skillfully negotiate costs with KOLs to secure mutually beneficial agreements. You'll also work closely with team members and the sales team to address any influencer inquiries.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of celebrities, influencers, YouTubers, and bloggers.
- Communication: Provide accurate timing estimates for your work and communicate promptly and effectively to address the needs and concerns of both influencers and the client.
- Problem-Solve: Proactively resolve any issues or challenges that arise during campaign execution and promptly escalate concerns to your line manager when necessary.
Who You Are
- Education and Language: You hold a Bachelor's Degree and be able to communicate in Thai and English.
- Passion and Experience: You have a genuine passion for digital and influencer marketing and stay current with the latest influencer trends. You have prior experience working at a digital advertising agency or in an influencer management role, and are comfortable working directly with influencers or celebrities.
- Skills and Attributes: You are an enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with strong multitasking and coordination skills. You are results-oriented and excel at working both independently and as part of a team. Your flexible schedule allows you to adapt to the demands of ongoing campaigns.
