Join Electrolux Professional Group - as Inbound Supervisor
In a team of 14 based in our historical Rayong manufacturing, you will work on the most innovative products of Laundry category. You will actively contribute to product development working alongside expert engineers. Other functions you will interface with are: product management, laboratory, reliability and quality, purchasing, manufacturing and customer care. ABOUT YOUR TASKS:
- Coordinate the receipt of all inbound shipments of raw goods and transfers into the warehouse including all documentation, system updates and internala and external communication
- Reconcile inbound shipment to Purchase Order
- Facilitate carrier operations and delivery appointments
- Maintain shipment histories and document files
- Oversee supplier compliance (Pre-notice of shipment, On-time delivery, Proper packaging and labeling)
- Work with supplier to resolve overage, shortage and damage issues and file freight claims
- Update management on inbound freight metrics and on KPI
- Lead inbound project to reduce transportation lead time or cost reduction
- Create standard work or procedure that concerned inbound process
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor or higher in Logistics Management, Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years experience in material planning, schedule planning and international commercial contract term knowledge
- Good command of English
- Computer literate, Inbound knowledge
- Knowledge or MRP, JDE system
- Very good communication, teamwork and strong interpersonal skill
- Basic knowledge on ISO14001, ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO50001
