Responsibilities
- Be able to work as a shift
- Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
- To coordinate and monitor overall catering operations for the station.
- Coordinate with cabin crew and catering supplier to ensure catering requirements are uplifted to the aircraft.
- To ensure the ongoing cost-effectiveness of the catering operation for the respective station.
- To monitor and ensure the safety aspects of personnel and equipment when handling the ramp.
- To decide and find a solution in the event of problems with regards to catering operations/discrepancies.
- Monitor staff or ground handling staff performance and ensure they follow the KPI.
- Monitor and record stock of amenities, F&B, and catering equipment.

Report to In-flight Service Supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Relevant certifications in the aviation industry, hospitality, or catering.
- Proven knowledge in Ground Operations and/or ramp handling.
