You will execute warehouse operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. You will also work collaboratively with key internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. You will also be responsible for activities such as inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interfaces monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, third-party performance management, pallets management.
How you will contribute
To make sure that our supply chains function properly, we need a qualified logistics coordinator. We are looking for a candidate who can manage a complex system that has numerous moving factors, has an excellent analytical mind, and an eye for detail. Candidates must provide their best effort to consider for this role, which is frequently high pressure. Our objectives are to keep our customers satisfied, keep our relationships with TH CS&L, Suppliers, Distributors, and other stakeholders necessary to perform and deliver operation optimization.
Coordinate timely and accurate shipments.
Ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents
Identify and address shipment issues.
Prepare bills and invoices.
Coordinate with Auditors and other functions about destruction.
Responsibilities
Import Logistics Operation:
Coordinate with Demand planner and Export country for goods ordering
Ensure accuracy of orders and Import shipping document (Import Entry, B/L, COO) upon received from Exporter/Service provider to support clearing process
Liaise with Service provider for shipment arrivals at distributor site
Verifying the billing of logistics prior to GR
Entering shipment information into the tracking file
Damages/Waste reduction
Developing and executing optimize service cost for total supply chain against vendor/ third party/ forwarder service performance level by compliance with Procurement souring strategy.
Managing shipping document to support clearing process & regulation.
Managing problem solving in the solution for all inbound activities
Managing all shipping related activities including inbound clearance, documentation and liaising with government department
To verify and approve draft import entry provided by service provider / forwarder which focus on term of shipment, invoice’s amount, HS code and privilege and focus on tax refund privilege.
Destruction:
Review inventory and confirm to Demand planner if products need to dispose.
Monthly physical stock count and destruction
Claims, Quality, and Safety compliances:
Insurance claims:
Completed claim insurance process from damage cargo through MDLZ global insurance.
Quality and Safety compliances:
Follow GMP, HACCP, FSSC, Safety & Environment etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
Minimum 2-year experience in supply chain management, operations, commercial logistic or multifunctional logistics experiences.
Minimum 1-year experience in working with 3PL, 4PL Logistics provider.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Intermediate English
Experience in SAP SD/OTC/MM is preferable.
Experience in FMCG market or Freight forwarder or Carrier company
Process knowledge is preferable in the areas of Logistics and Supply Chain.
MS Office literate (Word, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), Power Point, Outlook)
