Make a difference as an Import Procurement Specialist
As an Import Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the supply of imported raw materials, chemicals, and ingredients for our manufacturing operations. You’ll coordinate end-to-end import activities, maintain compliance with government regulations, and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure supply continuity and cost efficiency.
What you will do :
Ensure uninterrupted supply of import raw materials and chemicals through accurate demand planning and vendor scheduling
Manage import processes including shipping, documentation, FDA permits, BOI licenses, and customs compliance
Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial teams to align forecasts, monitor risks, and deliver cost efficiency
Develop and maintain Supplier Relationship Management programs to guarantee vendor service levels
Support the implementation of procurement strategies that drive cost-savings and service reliability
Ensure procurement compliance with internal policies, BOI regulations, and Thai government authorities
What you will bring :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or related field
Proven experience in import procurement, including shipping documentation and permit handling
Strong command of SAP MM and MRP/Demand Planning systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), SAP, Ariba, and Power Steering
Good knowledge of BOI privilege license processes and FDA permit coordination is a plus
