What you’ll do
We’re looking for a dynamic HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Bangkok office! This role blends your talent acquisition skills with the opportunity to manage HR activities throughout the entire employee journey. Your focus? Attract top talent, champion an awesome workplace culture, and create a positive, engaging environment for everyone!
Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
👥 Talent Acquisition
- Work closely with regional managers to identify staffing needs and create recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end hiring: job postings, interviews, and onboarding (with a focus on EMEA & APAC).
- Handle the entire visa process for new joiners and ensure compliance with submitted documents.
🗂️ HR Administration
- Implement and improve HR policies and processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records using HR tools.
- Oversee payroll and administer compensation and benefits—accurately and on time.
- Manage offboarding smoothly, including exit interviews and asset returns.
📈 Training & Development
- Partner with managers to identify workforce skills and drive employee development.
- Organize and deliver HR training sessions.
- Coach and support managers on people topics and leadership practices.
🤝 Employee Relations
- Handle employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Support performance management programs: reviews and development plans.
- Advise managers on performance issues and improvement plans.
💡 Additional Responsibilities
- Generate HR reports and provide insights for decision-making.
- Coordinate team events and maintain the office environment.
- Jump in to support other tasks as needed!
What are we looking for?
🎯 1-2 years of proven HR & recruitment experience (ideally in IT/Sales profiles).
🌟 Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
📚 Background in psychology, HR, business admin, or a related field.
💪 Proactive, curious, and eager to improve internal processes.
🤗 A positive, collaborative team player who creates a great work atmosphere.
📈 Able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results.
