Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and selecting talent, not only permanent but also a subcontractor, to contribute to our firm's growth and success. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Requirement Definition : Partner closely with hiring managers to define specific talent requirements for Business Consulting, Digital/IT Consulting, and outsourcing roles.
- Recruitment Strategy Development : Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to source and attract talent through LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to refine candidate searches and identify qualified professionals more effectively.
- Candidate Screening and Interviewing : Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, knowledge, ,and cultural fit within our firm before technical interview.
- Complete Recruitment Cycle Management : Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including negotiating offers and facilitating a seamless onboarding process.
- Talent Pipeline Maintenance : Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline and database for future business demands.
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives : Help improve the recruitment process by using KAIZEN principles. Regularly check and adjust our hiring methods to make them more efficient, shorten the time it takes to hire, and improve the experience for candidates by utilizing candidate feedback.
Key Skills/Experiences Required
Must-have skills:
- 1-4 years of experience in recruitment or within HR functions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Business level verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience in recruiting for consulting or IT industry
- Strong knowledge of SAP roles and skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
