About the Role
Our client, an international mining services company with operations across Southeast Asia, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and execute daily, weekly, and monthly HR processes. This is a key leadership role based in Bangkok, with responsibility for end-to-end HR operations and administration across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources, Recruitment & OD
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including job ads, interviews, onboarding.
- Coordinate with senior management for workforce planning and recruitment forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Thai labour laws.
- Update HR policies and oversee policy training and refresher sessions.
- Lead performance management systems (KPIs, evaluations, goal setting).
HR Administration
- Maintain and manage HR systems (WebHR, Dropbox, People Tray).
- Prepare contracts and employee records.
- Oversee payroll, social security (SSO), PIT compliance, and roster management.
- Handle leave, roster, termination discrepancies, and payroll queries.
- Liaise with clients on HR-related contract compliance matters.
- Provide support to administrative functions when needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in an HR role, ideally in an international or natural resources environment.
- Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken).
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
- Experience with HR systems and payroll tools.
- Solid understanding of Thai labour law and HR best practices.
- Prior regional experience (especially in Laos) is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Can travel to Phichit every month.

Pay: ฿50,000.00 - ฿80,000.00 per month
