As a conversion project from the existing Nova Express Pattaya, it marks the debut of the Garner brand in the city, bringing a fresh, guest-focused experience to one of Thailand’s top-tier tourist destinations
The General Manager (GM) of Garner Pattaya Central is expected to be a commercially savvy leader with a strong track record of driving hotel performance. Ideally, the GM should be a local candidate with international experience and a deep understanding of the Pattaya market. Experience in managing hotel conversions or renovations is crucial, as the property will remain operational during the implementation of the Property Improvement Plan (PIP). Strong leadership, cultural awareness, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a competitive tourist-driven environment are essential for success in this role.
The ideal candidate for GM at Garner Pattaya Central should hold a degree in Hospitality or Business Management with 10–15 years of hotel experience, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
