Fragrance Collection Assistant (1-year contract) - Your future position?
As the Fragrance Collection Assistant, is responsible for managing and maintaining the fragrance library. You will also be doing local fragrance selections projects across multiple categories within the Indochina region, ensuring the library meets the diverse and evolving needs of the customer brief/market. This position requires strong organizational skills and a passion for perfumery.

- Fragrance library management: To oversee and maintain the fragrance library collection ensuring that all oils well-maintained and up to date.
- Inventory library management: Regularly track and update fragrance oil stock to ensure that the library is fully stocked to meet project requirements. Monitor usage rates and proactively replenish oils.
- Fragrance selection for local project: selecting fragrance oils to meet projects requirement, regulatory across categories for Thailand and specific country in Indochina.
- Support fragrance collection team: preparing submission fragrance oil, preparing and organizing fragrance and product evaluation across category.

Your professional profile includes:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, cosmetics science, perfume, or related field.
- 1-5 years in fragrance evaluation, fragrance library management
- Passion for perfume and olfaction including knowledge of the market product, market dynamics and olfactory trends.
- Library management and project management skills with an experience being able to handle a projects at a time whilst being able to learn quick, be proactive and work independently and provide support to the sales teams.
- Multitasking and cross-functional collaboration.
- Good Command in English
Nice to Have:
- Experience in specific categories e.g., Fine Fragrance, Home Care, Personal Care
- Familiarity with product evaluation and sensory testing methodologies.
