Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as required.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Executive.
Assist in coordinating the related parties with internal teams and external partners.
Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operations within the team.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
