Key Responsibilities
Drive EHS & ESG compliance across renewable energy, infrastructure, and industrial projects
Ensure adherence to Thai and global standards (e.g., IFC, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
Conduct EHS audits, HIRA, JSA, incident investigations, and CAPA implementation
Monitor environmental systems – STP, ETP, WTP, and air & waste management
Lead carbon footprint analysis, GHG reporting, and sustainability strategies
Deliver training programs on EHS protocols and ESG practices
Support ESIA, ESDD, and regulatory clearance processes
Champion digital tools for EHS/ESG reporting and analytics
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to embed ESG into business strategy
Who You Are
7+ years in EHS, ESG, or sustainability roles, preferably within the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors
Degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, Sustainability, or related field
Deep knowledge of Thai EHS laws and global frameworks (GRI, SASB, SDGs, TCFD, UNGC)
Hands-on experience in EHS audits, due diligence, and sustainability reporting
Familiar with NEBOSH, ISO standards, GHG accounting, and LCA
Excellent stakeholder management, reporting, and communication skills
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and ESG data platforms
